Our Story
Our founder, Jose, has been working in the restaurant industry since he was young, picking up knowledge and skill throughout the years working in his family’s restaurant crafting genuine Mexican dishes using the freshest ingredients. Making meals that put a smile on people’s faces was everything he knew and loved, so when he had the opportunity to establish his own restaurant and continue on that tradition, the decision was an easy one. Through the support of our customers and community, we’ve been fortunate enough to grow and expand. We’re excited to share our new location in the Crawfordsville community and look forward to creating many memories together and sharing stories over delicious Mexican cuisine and drinks.

I love the food at the Blue Cactus. The Burrito Gigante (Chicken) is my favorite. The service is always good and they are not overpriced, especially for portion size. As a starter, they have a "flight" of dips, but once you've had that, you will want to just get the chorizo cheese dip.
